Anyone had their GMC looked at by Al Zaabi? Curious before I book

My Acadia is due for a fairly big service and I’ve been putting off booking anywhere because I keep hearing mixed things about the garages near me. A colleague mentioned GMC repair by Al Zaabi Auto Care and said he’d been happy with them for his own truck, but one recommendation isn’t enough to go on given how many places I’ve been disappointed by over the years. I want to know if anyone here has used them for something more involved than an oil change, and whether they were upfront about what needed doing or tried to pile on extras. Also curious how they handle parts, do they use genuine or aftermarket, and do they tell you either way? I’d rather ask now than find out after the bill.
